Have you ever had one of those really great weekends? I just did! We went to the ranch Friday night. Saturday morning Trent, Ellie, and I went into West for breakfast. Breakfast was good. We met some people from California. They kept saying how cute Ellie was.

Later that day it started raining like crazy. Cayanne and I had planned on a ride, but we didn't know if the rain would stop. We hung out for a while. Felt so good to sit and relax! Anita and her family came over for a little bit. I took them on a tour of the place. After they left my mom came over to help Trent watch the babies. I took Cayanne and Stacey on a ride. I rode Sierra, Cay rode Mooney, and Stacey rode Bea. It was really fun, although the flies were horrid! I took them to the pond. Cayanne hadn't been there since she was a kid. Bud, the donkey followed us all the way. Cayanne says she is in love with him! ha! Mom was working Joe at the rodeo at Dennis Model's. We went and watched her. Joe did really good. We had dinner at Judy's. So peaceful! I didn't want to leave. As we were leaving, it began to rain again. I love the rain. It rained so hard that Trent's fairly water proof coat was soaked through by the time he got in the jeep.

We went to Judy's for breakfast Sunday morning. Mom came up and helped Cayanne and I take pictures of the babies. It was soo much fun!!!! We had one mishap... Ellie was propped against a log and fell over. She started to cry. I felt awful! Most of the pictures turned out cute. Ellie was tired and needed a nap. But, overall it was a blast!

I never want to come home from the ranch. I could live there! I envy Judy and my mom who get to stay there most of the summer.

I'm back! I have been very busy with a new job, riding, and being a mommy.

Ellie has her first cold, which she passed on to me. I feel bad for her. She's stuffy and is having a hard time breathing.

Tomorrow we are going to a family reunion on Trent's side. It should be very fun. The last time we went was when we were dating. His grandpa was there, and he took us on a ride. This year, we have Ellie!

The fourth of July came and went. Ellie didn't see the fireworks, but next year she will! How exciting!

Ellie and Tristan are growing so fast! Next week Ellie will be 6 months old. I can't believe it! She is laughing more and more, which I think is the cutest sound on earth. :)

I was hoping that we'd have summer by now, oh well...

Ellie went in for her 4 month checkup. She weighs 11lbs 11oz. She barely cried when she got her shots.

I'm still riding every day. I had my first horseshow of the year. I left Ellie with my mom for the day. I missed her sooo much!

My poor dog Blossom was shot. I am mad. I wish people would talk to me if my dog is causing problems.

I fed Ellie some rice cereal. I'm not sure what she thinks of it. It was pretty funny!

My blog is pretty boring...hehe I look at other's and they are funny or entertaining.

I got to see Tressie for a little bit on Saturday. She finally met Ellie. Breanna is here and we have some things to do this summer. :)

So... tomorrow Ellie turns 4 months old! Wow, I can't believe that! She has to go in for her 4 month oldcheckup and shots. I'm going to be one sad momma!

Is it ever going to be summer??? I'd sure like to spend some time outside.

Keeno had her baby last week. The only solid she has ever had.Very cute though. This will be Keeno's last baby because she is an old lady!

Well the horseshow season is upon us. Trent is off to different parts of the West. Ellie and I miss him. On another note, the sun is shining!!! What a difference a little sun makes. :)

I want to write a book. I've had a dream of writing for a while now. But...I don't have any idea what to write about.

I am wishing I had a stay at home job that paid decent so I could stay home with Ellie. I am enjoying riding, but am worried about money...

Soon we will be able to go to the ranch! I'm very excited to show Ellie all the wonderful places to explore! :)

Ellie finally got to meet her cousin Tristan this weekend. He is so cute! He is doing really well. He is actually almost as big as Ellie. We had a good time with Cayanne and Stacey. We got to hold and love on little Tristan. The pictures of Ellie and Tristan are so cute!!! We wish we could see them more often.

Tomorrow is Ellie's 3 month old Birthday. I read in an article she is now an infant instead of a newborn. I love her smiles and how she is changing. But, I find myself a little sad at how fast time is going by. I am enjoying every minute with her, but it seems like time is going by faster than ever.

Ellie is such a good baby. She cries when her belly is hurting, and when she starts to get tired. Other than that, she's perfect!

Ellie is still getting presents from people we know. She is very spoiled!

We still aren't getting much sleep, which could also be causing me to be a little emotional. Ellie wakes up at least one or two times during the night.

Ellie loves going for her walks, and likes being outside. I'm excited to be able to get her outside and enjoy life.
