well, obviously I'm not very good at blogging. I haven't been on here for a while. We had Ellie blessed March 7th. What a day! We had puppies born the same day, so it was pretty hectic.

Ellie is growing fast. She is smiling more and now makes a funny little squeak when she gets excited. I've been recording her on the video camera. I don't want to miss a thing!

Ellie now has two new little cousins, both born way too early. Ashton Dean Kohlmeier was born about two weeks ago. He's now home thank goodness. Yesterday my cousin Cayanne had Tristan via c-section. Poor little Tristan only weighs 4lbs 3oz. Both of these little boys are so loved already. I can't wait to meet both of them.

I feel so fortunate to have Ellie and to have had an easy birth. I feel so thankful to have my family around me and be able to see them when I want.

On another note, where is SPRING??? I was excited when last week we were able to go outside without bundling up. Now, I could go back into hibernation!
